About

Built by the team behind 415 Creative.

We spent years driving inquiries to communities and watched too many of them die in voicemail. So we built Bedfiller — purpose-built for assisted living.

The origin story

We're the team behind 415 Creative, a healthcare marketing platform serving 11+ practices. We kept watching the same leak — demand dying in voicemail — and saw that assisted living has it worse: families call at night, in crisis, and the staff who'd answer are busy caring for residents. So we built Bedfiller, purpose-built for AL.

Why AL-only

The intake, the follow-up copy, the consent posture — built around how families actually choose: usually an adult daughter, often after a fall or hospital discharge, deciding with siblings, researching at night. A generic AI receptionist pointed at every industry can't do that.

Our promise to families

The agent always identifies itself as an assistant. It never gives medical or eligibility advice. Emergencies route to your team or 911. Texting is consent-only, with opt-out in every message. Families never hear the word "Bedfiller" — they hear your community's name.
