Bedfiller — SMS Opt-In Sample
How families opt in to SMS from a Bedfiller-powered community
This page demonstrates the standard opt-in flow used by all Bedfiller-powered assisted-living communities. Families submit their information through a contact or tour-request form (embedded chatbot widget, website form, or community staff calling them back) and consent to receive transactional SMS by checking the explicit SMS-consent box below.
This form is non-functional — it's a demonstration of the consent flow, not a working submission.

Communication preferences
Both boxes unchecked by default. Each consent is captured as a separate, explicit opt-in — not bundled.
For mobile carrier reviewers
Brand: Bedfiller (a communications platform for assisted-living communities — mybedfiller.com).
Use case: LOW_VOLUME, mixed transactional SMS — tour confirmations, T-24h tour reminders, missed-call recovery text-backs, post-tour follow-up sequences, and two-way conversational SMS between assisted-living community staff and prospective resident families.
Opt-in mechanisms: (1) the form shown above (or its production equivalent on each community's website); (2) the embedded Bedfiller chatbot widget on community sites, which captures the same SMS-consent checkbox before any phone number is recorded; (3) a family-initiated SMS to the community's number, which is an inherent opt-in for the inbound conversation thread only.
Opt-out: STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE all unsubscribe immediately and persist across future campaigns at the platform level.
Help: HELP and INFO trigger the standard help message: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”
