SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS-consent box on a Bedfiller-powered opt-in form (see our sample opt-in flow), you agree to receive SMS text messages from the assisted-living community whose form you submitted, sent via Bedfiller's platform.
Message types: tour information and confirmations, T-24h tour reminders, missed-call recovery follow-ups, post-tour follow-up sequences, and two-way conversational replies from community staff. Communications are transactional and related to your inquiry.
Frequency: typically 2–4 messages per month, varying with the stage of your inquiry.
Cost: message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier and plan. Bedfiller does not charge for SMS.
Opt-out: reply STOP (also accepted: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE) at any time to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance.
Consent is voluntary. SMS consent is never a condition of receiving services from the assisted-living community or of any future placement, tour, or follow-up. You may revoke consent at any time without affecting any care or service relationship.
Privacy: personal information collected through SMS is handled per our Privacy Policy.
