Bedfiller is a communications platform serving assisted-living communities. We collect and process personal information that families voluntarily provide through the opt-in flows operated on behalf of those communities — typically a name, phone number, email address, and information about the loved one they are researching care for.

We use this information solely to facilitate the inquiry: routing it to the correct assisted-living community, sending tour confirmations and follow-up communications requested by the family, and supporting two-way conversation with the community's staff. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
